Jolanda with porcini mishrooms
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 150 g porcini mushrooms
- 150 g field mushrooms (Agaricus campestris)
- 150 g chiodini mushrooms
- 150 g button mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus)
- 4 cloves of red garlic of Nubia
- 1 knob of butter
- Trapani sea salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Chili pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Make a sauté with garlic, oil and chili pepper. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and cook for about 10 min. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water.
Stir everything together adding a knob of butter.
Serve with chopped parsley.
N.B.: Jolanda is a type of pasta similar to tagliatelle noodles curled at the sides.
