Most of the products we use in our dishes are homemade. Taste the authenticity and freshness of our vegetables, fruits and olive oil and let us spoil your palate with the characteristic recipes of the Trapani area.
Our Agritourism is based on tradition and creativity. Distinctive recipes of our grandmother are listed alongside modern dishes and you can choose from two different menus, according to your tastes and dietary requirements: the classic farmhouse menu and the à la carte menu.
The classic farmhouse menu contains various dishes including approximately 13 different appetizers, 3 starters, a triptych of grilled meat with vegetables, fruit, dessert, water and wine matured in casks more than one hundred years old, which give the wine a Marsala-like taste and colour highly appreciated by the most sophisticated palates.
The à la carte menu proposes dishes from the Sicilian tradition and from the traditional cuisine of Trapani in particular. Meat is preferred to fish, which, however, you can enjoy on-demand or for your banquets.
Once a week a sophisticated seafood menu is offered, and guests have an opportunity to sample the cuscusu incocciato a mano (couscous prepared by hand) made in the traditional Trapani style.
The restaurant seats 200 people in two rooms, one outside and one inside.
The interior room is the old wine cellar, constructed atop the original water tank, a unique and charming location where you can hear the water in the pipes at filling time.
Menus are seasonal and based on available products.
