Vultaggio Agritourism came to life thanks to the willpower and tenacity of Giuseppe Vultaggio, who directed the restoration of the family baglio (farmhouse) and created a modern and well-equipped tourist centre with all of today's comforts while conserving the ancient and simple taste of years gone by, recreating the atmosphere of the Sicilian agricultural lifestyle of the past.

The renovation created several buildings, including the central body, the modern premises where the stables used to be and the areas once used as warehouses. From the restoration of the old barn, a few rooms with verandas were created.
