Grilled snails
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 800 g Madonie snails
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 6 large basil leaves
- 3 cloves of red garlic of Nubia
- Trapani sea salt to taste
- Chili pepper to taste
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- vinegar to taste
Blanch the snails for 10 min. Heat the grill in the meantime. Put the snails on the grill.
Prepare a pesto with garlic, basil, salt, chili pepper, tomatoes cut into small pieces, oil and vinegar.
Serve with a small bowl to dip the snails in.
