Orange marmalade

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg oranges
  • 500 g sugar

 Peel the oranges and remove the white parts. Cut the cleaned oranges into large pieces and place in a pan. Cut ¼ of the peels into strips and boil them three times, changing the water each time.

Add the peels to the fruit, add sugar and boil for about 10 min.
